Each school year educators and administrators from Clayton County and various counties visit Rex Mill Middle (STEM) School to witness how STEM is integrated in the hearts and minds of our students and teachers.
During the three-four site visits offered each year, educators, administrators and cabinet members come through our doors, visit our classrooms to observe our integrated lessons and to hear how well our students articulate the integrated task. In addition to this, many other counties and school take ideas back, to replicate our methods in their classrooms and districts.
The past five years, Rex Mill Middle (STEM) School has been the forerunner of STEM education, cross curriculum integration, and project-based learning. With that being said, you are cordially invited to our 1st STEM site visit this school year on February 7, 2019.
